By visiting the MitramCares website or Mobile App, providing your information or availing our product/services, you expressly agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and the applicable service/product terms and conditions of use. ABOUT MITRAMCARES

The MitramCares App aims to facilitate a meeting and an interaction between its Users and the Artificial-Intelligence(“AI”) enabled system which intends to in-take the Users requirements and learn the patterns in the queries and the conversations of the Users therein so as to assist the counsellors and the trained psychologists to provide requisite suggestions to the Users. MitramCares aims to provide an intelligent, digital assistant to the Users that is capable of learning and assisting the Users through pattern recognition from the conversations and interactions between the Users and the MitramCares App

FOR USERS IN INDIA

This privacy policy is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; that require publishing of the privacy policy for collection, use, storage, transfer, disclosure of Personal Information (means and includes all information that can be linked to a specific individual) including Sensitive Personal Information (all Personal Information which requires heightened data protection measures due to its sensitive and personal nature) (both, hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”), excluding any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, please do not use or access our Platform.

INTERPRETATIONS AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

‘MitramCares Platform” - Refers to any platform owned/subscribed/used by Swavalambanam MitramCares Private Limited (“MitramCares”) or any other MitramCares Entities not limited to websites, mobile applications, devices, URLs/links, notifications, chatbot, or any other communication medium used by MitramCares Entities to provide its services to its Users.

“MitramCares Services” - shall include all services extended / to be extended by MitramCares and MitramCares entity as a group.

“MitramCares System” – The Artificial Intelligence System that is used in the Mobile App, which is trained to recognize patterns in conversations, among other aspects, and suggest recommendations based on preferences or perform other activities as defined within the scope of services vis-à-vis a User’s preference.

“Personal Data” is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

“Platform” refers to the Website and all and any touch points of the Company with the Users

“Service” refers to the Company’s Website and Mobile Application.

“Service Provider” means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

“Usage Data” refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service (Application form etc.) or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

“Website” refers to MITRAMCARES website and Mobile Application, accessible from www.mitramcares.com and mitramcares mobile App

“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

DATA FIDUCIARY

For the purpose of the DPDP ACT, 2023 Swavalambanam MitramCares Private Limited (“MitramCares”) is the data controller of your information. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use your personal data. We are required under Data Protection Legislation to notify you of the information contained in this Privacy Notice.

DATA AND INFORMATION COLLECTION

We may collect your Personal Information when you use our services or Platform or otherwise interact with us during the course of our relationship. We collect Personal Information which is relevant and absolutely necessary for providing the services requested by you and to continually improve the MitramCares Platform.

Personal and Sensitive Personal Information collected includes but not limited to:

  • Daily activities

  • Any KYC related information and your business-related information as required by the Company or mandated under Law

CONVERSATIONAL DATA WITH A.I. SYSTEM

The MitramCares System, empowered by AI, encourages the Users to communicate with it in a conversational tone, basis which it offers non-sensitive and non-prescriptive solutions to the Users. The conversational patterns between the Users and the MitramCares System allows the system to personalise suggestions and recommendations to the particular User. Basis the conversational patterns, the MitramCares system recommends and interacts with the Users to provide daily task reminders, health care management reminders and lifestyle convenience recommendations.

You acknowledge and consent to the use of Your conversational data, to enable the AI-based MitramCares System to recognize the patterns of your preferences from the conversation and thus suggest and offer enabling and reminder services accordingly. The conversational data shall be stored only for a limited period of time.

TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES AND COOKIES

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts (confirm if any additional cookies used too) to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service.
